TRIP COST: Total Package Price is $4,490 per person, based on double occupancy, $2,000 deposit required to secure spot. Single occupancy of a room requires an additional payment of $750.
Registration and $2,000 deposit deadline for the September 8-14 trip is March 1, 2019. Remaining balance of $2,490 is due in full no later then May 1, 2019 and is non-refundable.

Following program registration we will provide all participants with suggestions on transportation to Giverny, what to pack, weather considerations, art supplies, photographic equipment, electrical and money etc. With your deposit you receive Monet’s Passion book by Elizabeth Murray signed and mailed to you; with full payment, a Traveler’s Art Kit including a set of watercolor paints, drawing pen set , journal for sketching, writing, or collage.
What is NOT included:
Airfare to France & airport transfers. Our program begins in Giverny on Sunday, September 8, 2019.
Four lunches and three dinners - if you desire beyond light meals provided in the cottage at La Reserve.
Travel cancellation insurance (Strongly recommend that you purchase)
Other incidentals such as souvenirs, tips & gratuities, etc.
Prices quoted are based on a 12 participants per session and on exchange rates as of May, 2018. In the event of lower numbers or currency fluctuation, Elizabeth Murray Studios reserves the right to adjust rates accordingly. Please refer to terms & conditions below for cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Trip costs are based on a maximum of 12 guests (plus myself and two assistants). A lower number of participants may result in a modest small group supplement. Do not purchase non-refundable airline tickets or other services before the minimum number of participants have registered, because it will be at the sole risk and expense of the participant. You will be informed shortly after the deposit payment deadline of January 15th, 2019 whether the tour is on. As noted, final payment is due March 1, 2019 and is non-refundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel before March 1, 2019 for the Spring trip or before May 15 for the Autumn trip, you will receive a full refund, minus a $500 processing fee. We apologize that no refunds will be made for cancellations after these deadlines. Accordingly, we strongly recommend that you purchase appropriate trip cancellation insurance.
Indemnity & Insurance Clause: All participants are required to sign a standard liability release form acknowledging awareness and acceptance of necessary risks undertaken during the course of the trip. It is suggested that participants purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover medical expenses, emergency travel, and personal accident. Please bring a copy of your travel insurance policy.
