Creating Impressionistic Photography
a fun creativity experience. Each person will have the chance to create 5 photographs, learn to hand render the soft emulsion of these special Polaroids. Their favorite photograph will be enlarged and then each person will learn to hand color their photo with oil pastels. The prints will be matted in 14" x 18" archival mats. Everyone will leave energized, delighted and proud of their own unique artistic expression.

Creating Sacred Spaces
A garden is a place where we are invited to make an intimate relationship with Nature. It can be a portal into the Divine Mystery. Working in beautiful gardens we will learn to garden as sacred union with plants, soil, water and light. We will explore cross-cultural elements that can be used to create sacred space. We will see slides for examples of sacred gardens around the world which create connection, healing, transformation and renewal. Using story, art, ritual, meditation as well as hands on experience in the garden, we will come to know the garden as life metaphor.
